Your calculators and character sheets

The calculators process your entries in your browser. The character sheet saves a draft in this browser's local storage under pathfinder-character-sheet-v1 so you can continue later. It stays there until you replace it, clear this site's browser data, or your browser removes it. New character replaces it with an empty draft.

Character backups and completed PDFs are generated in your browser. The character-sheet code does not upload your entries or imported backups to our server. Downloaded files stay on your device until you delete them. Avoid putting sensitive personal information in character notes. Refusing advertising consent does not disable the tools or your locally saved character sheet.

Hosting and technical services

STRATO hosts the website. Page requests send technical information, including your IP address, requested URL and browser information, to the hosting service. This enables delivery, troubleshooting and protection against misuse, based on our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable website. STRATO states that visitor IP addresses in its logs are retained for up to seven days and that downloadable logs anonymise client IP addresses. See STRATO's privacy information.

Some pages request fonts from Google Fonts and JavaScript from the jQuery CDN. These providers receive technical request information, including your IP address, to deliver those resources. This supports the website's display and functionality and is separate from advertising consent. See Google's privacy policy and the Linux Foundation privacy policy for the jQuery service. We do not use Google Analytics on this website.

Advertising cookies and your choices

Google AdSense is installed for future advertising. Automatic advertisements are currently switched off and no manual ad units have been placed. The Google consent service is used to collect and remember advertising privacy choices.

Google and other advertising providers may use cookies and similar technology to store or access device information and to select, deliver and measure advertisements. With your consent, this may include personalised advertising based on visits to this and other websites. Data may include online identifiers, IP addresses, device information and interactions with advertisements. The consent message lists participating providers, purposes, legal bases and retention information.

The consent message offers Consent, Do not consent and Manage options. Optional consent is not required to use the website. Where a provider relies on legitimate interests, you can review and object through the message's options.

Use Privacy and cookie settings on this page to reopen the message. Choose Do not consent to withdraw consent, or manage individual choices. Withdrawal applies to future consent-based processing and does not undo processing that took place before withdrawal.

Consent records remember and communicate your choices. Cookie lifetimes and provider retention periods are available in the consent message and the providers' policies. Your browser can also remove cookies and site data; removing all site data may erase your saved character draft.

Service and advertising providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their privacy policies explain the destinations and applicable safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Google's policy is linked above; other providers' policies are linked in the consent message.

If you email us

We use your email address and message to answer your question and handle any necessary follow-up, based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. When handling an applicable statutory privacy request, we also process information to meet our legal obligations. Messages are kept only as long as needed for the request and necessary follow-up, or for an applicable legal obligation or dispute. Please send only the information needed for your request.

Your rights

Depending on the processing, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent using the cookie settings. Contact privacy@rolltally.com for other requests. You may complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local data protection authority.

We update this page when the website's data practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
